      1. Take a bowl and add carrot,cucumber,tomatoes and onions rings then mix all.
      2. Add chopped lettuce leaves,coriander and chopped green chilies and mix it well.
      3. Now squeeze it in lemon juice and sprinkle some salt.
      4. Toss it well again and serve.
