“reshmi paratha” is very delicious and very easy to cook..try it you must like it….
• In a bowl take ½ kg flour, 1 cup cream, 1tsp yeast and 2 tbsp sugar and kneed it with water and leave for an hour.
• Now make a roti from it, pour the clarified butter on roti and dust a little bit of flour on it and make a roll.
• Cut these balls with knife and keep it in a fridge for half an hour.
• Now make a roti from it and fry it with hot clarified butter.
• A tasty reshmi paratha is ready, now serve it.
