It is delicious, golden crispy brown on the outside with a soft meaty texture on the inside; they taste and look like very appetizing and delectable. These kabab can be eaten on its own with yummy accompaniments like tomato sauce, mint chutney or sweet chutney. They can be served as starters or during any parties.
In a food processor grind cooked corn,potato,onion and coriander leaves and grind well.
Transfer them in a bowl and add green chilies, crushed red pepper ,chat masala,bread crums and besan and salt. Mix them well with hands
Keep batter in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Make kebabs with the batter.
Cook in heated oil until it becomes golden brown color.
Serve hot with chutney
