Salted Mint Lassi
Lassi is a famous punjabi drink that is unique and refreshing. It is very easy to make. Lassi is basically a smoothie type drink made out of yogurt. Due to its high nutritional value, it is gaining popularity worldwide.
1 Pour a cup of water with yogurt in a blender.
2 Add salt and chopped mint leaves.
3 Beat/churn yogurt till it becomes smooth (till it is frothy).
4 Add chilled water or ice and blend it again.
5 Serve chilled and garnish with mint leaves.
