  • Ingredients:


    Apply the chicken pieces with half the ginger garlic paste and salt and keep aside
    Heat mustard oil in a pan, add the mustard and fenugreek seeds and saute’ till they crackle. Add red chili powder, the remaining ginger garlic paste,salt, cumin, coriander, mustard and garam masala
    Prepare a paste by blending together mint, coriander and green chilies and add to the pan
    Add chicken pieces to the gravy and cook till the oil separates. Add a little water; cook an low heat for 15mins
    Remove from heat and garnish with ginger
