Schezwan Vegetable Noodles is an easy Indo Chinese food recipe that is prepared with mixed vegetables, egg noodles and schezwan sauce.
Heat oil in a wok on a high flame. Add red chillies and stir fry for 3 seconds over a high flame.
Add cabbage, capsicum, french beans and celery and stir fry over a high flame for 4 minutes.
Add boiled noodles, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt. Mix well and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
