This dish is really tasty – and it’s a lot easier than you think.It is regularly eaten with rice and vegetables in Pakistan
Heat oil in a pan and add garam masala and stir until it becomes light brown.
Add chicken cubes and red chili powder and turmuric powder,tomatoes and then cook for 2 min
Add Green Gram (Split)(must be very clean and must soaked in water) and some quantity of water and cover it.
Cook for 15 minutes and then mixed it well
In a frying pan heat 2 tbsp of butter and add quarter onion and 4 red chili flakes for tarka and mix it into the daal
Serve hot with roti
