Beef Mince blended in herbs and spices, cooked in oven or fry or grill it either way tastes splended when served with mint sauce.
- Ginger Garlic Paste,
- Lemon juice,
- Poppy seed,
In a bowl mix beef mince with all ingredients and 1 tbsp of oil.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Wet your hands with water and mould mixture round the skewers pressing and shaping long.
Cook them in oven or on grill
Let it cook from one side and then turn to cook from other side
Brush the oil after every 3 mins
Serve with chutney
