• Boil 1 kilo meat in 2 glasses of water, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Cook until water dries up.
• After it, add ½ cup oil with 2 green cardamoms, 1tsp whole black pepper, 2 black cardamom, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut and ½ tsp ground nutmeg mace mixture. Fry it well.
• Then add 1 cup ground onion, 6 chopped green chilies, lemon juice and 250g yogurt and now cook for almost 10 mints.
• In the end add ½ cup cream and turn the burner off. Dish out, garnish with 2 tbsp chopped almonds and serve it.
