In Europe, chicken is marinated in a vinegar and oil mixture, similar to vinaigrette, then grilled and served with a cream sauce. In Asia, chicken is sometimes cubed and marinated in a spiced soy-based sauce, then threaded onto skewers and grilled.

To prepare the marinate first mix ketchup, yogurt, mayonnaise in a deep bowl together, add the lemon juice and stir well. Add in the crushed garlic, all spice powder, paprika, and salt. Mix all well. Gradually add the vegetable oil while stirring. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, mix well and let them marinate in refrigerate for 3 hours. Thread the chicken in skewers, and grill on a skillet till the chicken is done, serve with fried aaloo.
