- Ginger Garlic Paste,
- Lemon juice,
- Mustard powder,
- Tahini sauce,
- White pepper,
Marinate chicken with heaped garlic, white pepper, mustard powder, mayonnaise ,yogurt, thyme, lemon juice, salt and oregano leaves for 2 hours in the fridge.
