In this shrimp curry, a fragrant spice mix imparts a deep color and encapsulates the rich flavors of cream.
Heat oil in a pan and saute’ onions in it
Add garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, paprika and chili powder. Cook for 2mins
Add tomatoes, coconut milk and salt and bring to the boil
Low the heat and let it cook for 8mins
Add shrimps on high flame
And cook for 5 more minutes
Pour it on boiled rice
