This mild spicy dish is both quick and easy to make and is guaranteed to bring a touch of the orient to your dining table.
- Bell pepper,
- curry powder,
- Ginger Garlic Paste,
- ground pepper,
- Oyster sauce,
In a wok stir fry shrimps in oil until become light pink in color. Then remove and set aside.
In the same pan stir fry ginger garlic paste for a minute and add onion, bell pepper and peas and fry for 2 mins
Add chicken broth, curry powder, oyster sauce, sugar and salt and pepper and cook on medium heat and bring it to a boil.
Add fried shrimps and noodles to it and mix well
