Soft Roti

In Pakistan its very important to have roti with dinner and its very easy to make and its little bit different

  • Ingredients:


    Sieve flour;add salt,sugar and carom seeds. Knead into a a hard dough with water.Cover with a moist cloth and keep aside for 5mins
    Divide the dough into 10 ball. Dust and roll into 10cm rotis. Prick with a fork evenly
    Bake the rotis in an oven for 10 mins
    Serve hot
