Spicy Liver

This is really original because we are using fresh spices in it.

  • Ingredients:


    First of all crush ginger garlic along with some whole red chilli,dry coriander n white cumin in mortar.
    Marinate liver(500grms) with paste
    Add yogurt and lemon juice
    Minimum time for marination is 2 hours but over night marination makes it more yummy
    Heat oil in a pan and add marinated liver in it and fry till oil comes up then, low the flame
    After 5mins dish it out
    Garnish with green chillies
