Spicy Okra Masala
This dish is so simple that any one can make it. Every time it will simply come out as delicious as the last time.It can be spiced up to suit your palate…Serve with rotis and plain yogurt for a quick nutritious meal.
Wash okra overnight and dry it. Then cut it into thin slices.
In a pan heat oil and add okra in it. Fry for 5 mins.
Add green chilies,cumin seeds,red chilies and salt to it.
Cover with the lid of the pan for 20 minutes.
Transfer to serving dish and garnish with green chilies
Serve with naan
