Stuffed Parathas

Parathas are very common and popular in Pakistan. You can stuff paratha with the thing you want

  • Ingredients:


    Put salt in whole wheat flour;knead and set aside.
    Mash potatoes add salt, green chilies, spring onions, ginger garlic paste, red chilies, fresh coriander, and hot spices in it
    Make small balls of equal size from kneaded dough
    Roll out one ball and layer with potato mixture
    Roll out another ball and place on top of the first and press the edges
    Repeat the remaining balls
    Fry parathas from both sides on a hot griddle
    Serve hot with chutney
