  • Ingredients:


    Sieve flour and salt together
    Make a well in the flour.Add water,sugar,milk,clarified butter,yeast and melon seeds
    Mix gradually and knead into soft dough
    Divide into 4 equal balls and set aside for 10 mins
    Dust lightly and roll into 3 1/2″ discs, 1/4″ thick.Sprinkle with coriander
    Bake in tandoor till brown
    Brush with clarified butter and serve hot
