Tamarind itself is very sour but when it combines with other flavors it becomes sweat and sour

  • Ingredients:


    Wash and soak tamarind in vinegar for 40mins, Extract the pulp and keep aside
    Grind garlic, ginger, cumin, salt and sugar in vinegar. Make a smooth paste
    Heat oil and fry the paste for few mins. Add tamarind and chilies
    Stirring constantly. Cook until mixture thickens
    Cool and put it in jar
