tandoori kababs in Barbecue Sauce
Tandoori kebab is one of the popular snacks in south Asia cuisine. The dish is made by marinating chicken and placing them in a tandoor. Various kinds of freshly ground Asian spices are added to the yogurt used for marinating the chicken. When prepared, the tandoori kebabs are usually garnished by mint leaves and served with onions and bread.
Bind all the ingredients in a grinder together. Refrigerate for an hour. Take a pan and shallow fry them and cover the lid. Fry till all done. Switch off stove. In another pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add BBQ sauce ½ cup, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce. Add curry leaves, and Cook it till oil comes on top.
Give coal Dum if required. Serve it hot.
