An easy way to get kids to eat their vegetables.Vegetable patties are quite simple, versatile and can be made in a multitude of ways.
- Bread Crumbs,
- Coriander powder,
- garam masala,
- Ginger Garlic Paste,
Combine mashed potatoes, green peas, grated carrot, french beans, crumbled bread, green chilli-ginger paste, coriander pwd, garam masala pwd, peanut pwd, salt and coriander leaves.
Prepare large lemon sized balls and flatten to form a pattie shape.
Coating the patties with bread crumbs all over and keep aside.
Drizzle oil over a hot frying pan.
Shallow fry on medium flame on both sides till they turn golden brown.
Remove onto absorbent paper, then place on a baking sheet and keep in a warm oven till you serve them.
Serve hot with tomato sauce
