Vermicelli – Sheer Khurma

1. Put clarified butter in a sauce pan. 2. When it gets a bit hot, put vermicille in it. 3. Fry on low heat while stirring continuously 4. When it gets properly fried, put milk in it. 5. Cook on high flame. 6. Put condensed milk, currants and dried dates and half of the almonds and pistachios and cook on low flame for 5 min. 7. Vermicelli is ready, put Saffron and coconut on it. 8. Take out the vermicelli in the dish, garnish it with almonds and pistachios.
