A quick and easy way to use up leftover watermelon.Watermelon lemonade is a dream come true, summer in a clinking glass, low on sweet, high on fresh and so soothing.
Place watermelon into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain through sieve.
In a saucepan bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil over medium high heat until sugar dissolves
Remove from heat.
Stir in 3 cups of cold water and lemon juice.
In serving glasses put ice cubes and add 3 tbsp of watermelon puree, then top with lemonade.
Stir before serving.
Garnish with lemon slice
