White Split Lentils

This is definately a very alternative way to have your lentils.Now kids will eat it with love

  • Ingredients:


    Boil lentils with 4 cups of water.
    When tender, drain all the water
    In a pan put lentils
    Place this pan on a heavy griddle.
    Cover the pan and cook on low heat.
    Add salt and red chilies powder.
    Add milk and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle chopped mint leaves, ginger and green chilies on it
    Serve hot
