Zafrani Qorma – Saffron Qorma20

1. Chop ginger, garlic and onion and add coriander in it. 2. Heat oil and add meat into it. 3. Then add ginger, garlic and keep frying it. 4. Add the rest of the mixture along with the curd. 5. When the water from the curd dries, add onions, chili powder and salt. Keep stirring the mixture. 6. Add some water to make sure that the meat is properly cooked. 7. In the end, add chopped cardamom and saffron. 8. Put on low heat for a few mins. 9. Saffron Korma is ready.
